(Placentia, CA) They brewed this ale with around 40% rye as a base malt and let their sour yeast & bacteria eat away at it in oak barrels creating a complex sour ale with rye spice, oak & a subtle funk.

(Placentia, CA) Trade Winds Tripel is a Belgian-style Golden Ale with a Southeast Asian twist. Instead of using candi sugar (typical for such a beer), we use rice in the mash to lighten the body & increase the gravity, and spice with Thai Basil. The result is an aromatic, complex beer made for a lazy summer evening.

(Placentia, CA) 75% American Red Ale, 25% Ale Aged in American Oak Barrels. A brash American Red ale, dripping with citrusy Centennial hops, mellowed by a touch of oak. Aromas of toffee, citrus, crushed herbs, vanilla and fresh-sawn oak. Complex!

(Fort Collins, CO) A German-style springtime lager brewed with rye then loaded with Hallertauer, Perle and Fuggle hops for a spicy, earthy aroma. Hoppy Bock Lager offers a medium body and slightly sweet malt character perfect for your spring hop-fling.

(Placentia, CA) Brewed in memory of Patrick's Grandparents (Fred and Sarah Hottenroth), this tart German-style Berliner Weisse is as authentic as it gets. We used lactobacillus & a hint of brettanomyces to sour this very unusual, low gravity wheat beer.
