For the Beer Connoisseurs

We have acquired some of the best beers in the world that are not on our regular beer list and are only available for a limited time. Try them while you can! Cheers!!!

The Bruery Sour in the Rye - 8.7%

(Placentia, CA) They brewed this ale with around 40% rye as a base malt and let their sour yeast & bacteria eat away at it in oak barrels creating a complex sour ale with rye spice, oak & a subtle funk.

$19.50 750 ml. Corked Bottle

Witches Brew, Brouwerij Van Steenberge - 9.3%

(Belgium) A bottle conditioned blond triple that's pleasantly hopped, and balanced with a soft round sweetness.

$ 18.50/750 ml. Corked Bottle

8 New Belgium Cascara Quad - 10%  Draft

(Fort Collins, CO) Cascara Quad is a dark, strong & surprisingly delicate ale made with dates and coffee cherries.

$6.50/pint 10.00/25 oz. 18.50/pitcher

2 Stone Old Guardian Oak Smoked Barley Wine - 11.4% Draft

(San Diego, CA) They added a substantial dose of German oak-smoked malt to this year's "Odd Year Release" of Old Guardian. It's smokey, rich and delicious!

$7.50/10 oz. Specialty Glass

The Bruery Trade Winds Tripel - 8%, 25 IBUs

(Placentia, CA) Trade Winds Tripel is a Belgian-style Golden Ale with a Southeast Asian twist. Instead of using candi sugar (typical for such a beer), we use rice in the mash to lighten the body & increase the gravity, and spice with Thai Basil. The result is an aromatic, complex beer made for a lazy summer evening.

$15.50 750 ml. Corked Bottle

The Bruery Loakal Oak Aged Red Ale- 6.9%, 35 IBUs  Draft

(Placentia, CA) 75% American Red Ale, 25% Ale Aged in American Oak Barrels. A brash American Red ale, dripping with citrusy Centennial hops, mellowed by a touch of oak. Aromas of toffee, citrus, crushed herbs, vanilla and fresh-sawn oak. Complex!

$7.00/10 oz. Specialty Glass

New Belgium Hoppy Bock - 6.9%, 70 IBUs

(Fort Collins, CO) A German-style springtime lager brewed with rye then loaded with Hallertauer, Perle and Fuggle hops for a spicy, earthy aroma. Hoppy Bock Lager offers a medium body and slightly sweet malt character perfect for your spring hop-fling.

$9.50/ 22oz. Bottle

The Bruery Hottenroth Berliner Weisse - 3.1%, 2 IBUs

(Placentia, CA) Brewed in memory of Patrick's Grandparents (Fred and Sarah Hottenroth), this tart German-style Berliner Weisse is as authentic as it gets. We used lactobacillus & a hint of brettanomyces to sour this very unusual, low gravity wheat beer.

$11.75/750 ml. Bottle

Deschutes/North Coast/Rogue Class of '88 Barleywine- 10%

(Northwest, USA) This big beer is a collaboration between three brewers to celebrate a pivitol year in craft brewing history. It has a hoppy citrus aroma, and it's solid malt background is balanced with a solid clean bitterness.

$14.00/750 ml. Bottle
